Product Returns

In the unlikely event that your SP Technology product(s) require return to our factory, there are some simple instructions that must be followed. Whether the reason for the return is warranty related or for credit, the return procedures remain the same.


Before returning any item(s) you must contact SP Technology Loudspeakers, Inc. and request a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly displayed on the top of the shipping carton, near the shipping address. Failure to provide this number will result in our refusal to take delivery of your product from the shipper. All shipping fees must be pre-paid by you at the time of shipment. Any product(s) returned with shipping fees due will be rejected as well.


All products returned must be in their original packaging and secured with appropriate packaging tape. Any damage incurred during shipment will not be covered by SP Technology Loudspeakers, Inc. if the returned product is not shipped in compliance with these requirements. If the original packaging is damaged or not available, new packaging is available upon request at a minimal fee.


To request a Return Authorization Number you may contact the factory via U.S. mail at the address set forth below, by telephone, FAX or e-mail. You must give the date of purchase, the dealer (or webstore) purchased from, a reasonable explanation for the return and any details with regards to warranty service. Upon approval, you will receive your R.A.N. either verbally (over the phone), by FAX or e-mail. You will also be sent a hardcopy by your choice of FAX or U.S. mail to retain for your records.
