Before describing the superior advantages of SP Technology products, please allow us to make one very clear distinction between ourselves and certain other loudspeaker manufacturers. We do not use exotic materials, processes or techniques in our designs simply for the sake of capitalizing on the marketing spin-off and hype of doing so.

Every aspect of a product is carefully weighed with regard to its performance benefit vs. cost. If it can be shown to offer a benefit measurably, audibly or aesthetically - such that it represents true value - only then will it be considered. Often materials of lesser cost are equal to, or even out-perform their more exotic and costlier counterparts. Every effort is made to minimize cost without adversely compromising performance or aesthetics. 

Good engineering usually dictates some form of compromise though. We control costs by selecting materials and processes that offer the most added value while avoiding any negative impact on performance, durability and final finish. Nevertheless, if a material of greater cost is called for, you can be sure that it will be used within the context of a given price-point. In every case our intent is to provide you-the-customer… with the highest value products present technology will allow.

We are also committed to an ongoing process of continuous improvement.  Whenever possible, any improvements an/or refinements implemented in production product are engineered such as to be backwards compatible with product in the field.  This way your investment will continue to retain it's value, as in many instances it will be possible to have your product upgraded to the performance levels offered by our present production models.  While this may not always be possible, you can rest assured that every refinement we develop will have this goal as a significant priority before it is even considered.

To be sure, "VALUE" is the guiding principle behind every product we offer - both now and in the future.  The concept "form follows function" represents the "least action path" in achieving true value and is the guiding hand that drives the forms and solutions embodied in our designs.  Our commitment of adhering to these principles will guarantee that both present and future products will offer the greatest possible levels of value, and ensure your investment will not become obsolete in the years to come.
